Karin’s Inn Vermont, a Bed and Breakfast,
sits nestled among 13 acres of meadows and woodlands in Charlotte, Vermont. This bed
and breakfast offers two luxuriously spacious guest suites with magnificent views of
both Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains to the west, and Camel's Hump and
the Green Mountains to the east. Enjoy our library, music room with grand piano, and
four season porch, all overlooking the heated swimming pool and gardens, while Lake
Champlain beckons in the Champlain valley. Special parties and events may be scheduled
in our elegant dining room, catered by the owner of the Inn.

Two elegantly appointed, air-conditioned guest suites offer a quiet respite with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. Hand painted walls and furniture offer a whimsical touch.

The newly remodeled Blue Suite, with private bath, offers a Queen bed and picture window framing the lake and mountain views. French doors lead into an adjoining sitting room with easterly views and a sleep sofa for up to two additional guests.

The Yellow Suite, with private bath, offers views in both directions from the King-sized bed, and has a tiled sitting area and balcony to the west.

Burlington and the University of Vermont lie just 12 miles north and Shelburne Farms and Museum are minutes away. Head south a few miles to Vergennes and Middlebury College, or stay local to hike up Mt. Philo, the country's first state park, for an unparalleled vista of the Champlain Valley.

From sunrise to sunset, you can relish the beauty, simplicity and variety of Vermont. Head to the Morgan Horse Farm, the Wildflower Farm, an apple orchard or berry farm, or ride the historic Charlotte Ferry across Lake Champlain to the quaint town of Essex, NY – all within a few miles of Karin’s Inn.
Save a day for Burlington, Vermont's largest city with a small town feel. Browse shops on the pedestrian Church Street Marketplace or stroll along the city's waterfront. Restaurants and nightspots abound to satisfy every taste. Take to the water for a sunset dinner cruise or sail around the islands just off Burlington's shore.

Winter brings peace and pristine beauty to the landscape. Come to Karin’s Inn for a restful weekend in front of a wood fire, or peruse the many antique shops and country stores. Work up a hearty appetite snow shoeing or cross-country skiing right outside the door or head to one of several renowned downhill ski resorts within an hour's drive.
