Karin’s Inn Vermont, a Bed and Breakfast, sits nestled among 13 acres of meadows and woodlands in Charlotte, Vermont. This bed and breakfast offers two luxuriously spacious guest suites with magnificent views of both Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains to the west, and Camel's Hump and the Green Mountains to the east. Enjoy our library, music room with grand piano, and four season porch, all overlooking the heated swimming pool and gardens, while Lake Champlain beckons in the Champlain valley. Special parties and events may be scheduled in our elegant dining room, catered by the owner of the Inn.

Two elegantly appointed, air-conditioned guest suites offer a quiet respite with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. Hand painted walls and furniture offer a whimsical touch.

The newly remodeled Blue Suite, with private bath, offers a Queen bed and picture window framing the lake and mountain views. French doors lead into an adjoining sitting room with easterly views and a sleep sofa for up to two additional guests.

The Yellow Suite, with private bath, offers views in both directions from the King-sized bed, and has a tiled sitting area and balcony to the west.
